Delightful Experience-More Than Just Wine on Line I have been delighted with Winestyr- as a site, it is handsome and easy to use. Choosing terrific wines based on the recs and learning about the wineries in the Field Notes is helpful and interesting. I have ordered 5 or 6 times for auction items at charities and they have been well-received- I appreciate the responsible follow through. I have sent about 8 wedding gift cards and ditto for sending cases as a thank you for someone's hospitality. I am profusely thanked! Shipping is easily tracked and diverted to a local Fed Ex store. The personal touch (a note, a necker and distinguished black box) goes a long way to making an elegant statement. A pleasant addition to our lifestyle!

BEWARE BEWARE! I BELIEVE WINESTYR IS A BIG SCAM! I’m not one to ever write negative reviews... I look for resolutions directly with the company. However I have reason to believe Winestyr takes your money and doesn’t execute on shipments. Over the course of two weeks I spoke to three employees, one being Bob, a founder of the company. I was intending to send gifts to 7 clients. They never prepared the order, despite me checking daily, and they ultimately never sent it. My clients received none of the thoughtful gifts or notes I’d put together for them. Two years ago I did another large order with Winestyr and not a single one of my clients ever acknowledged receiving the gifts. I’m now realizing that they were probably NEVER SENT in the first place even though the orders were paid in full! I’ve looked back at my correspondence back then, and when I asked for tracking information, it was never shared with me. Complete failure. Possible fraud. Beware.

Great wine but misled on events Really enjoyed my introduction to Winestyr at their West Loop tasting room. Immediately signed-up for their membership and was looking forward not only to my wine shipments but the member only events they talked up during their sales pitch. Fast forward three months and I am still waiting for an event invite. My friend who joined a long time ago has received three invites since I joined. My friends who joined the same day and I are still waiting. Winestyr claims this was a tech glitch but based on the number of times we've complained only to miss the next invite... I'm starting to get very skeptical that it isn't associated with how long you've been a member or how much you spend. Hoping to see it remedied soon!

Excellent Wine Delivered with Grace When I first encountered Winestyr, I was a bit suspicious of the claims to make fine small production wines available at a value price. Suspicions allayed! Winestyr delivers! Winestyr makes you feel like they care about you personally. The packaging, the packing, even the emails all say, "We care that you have an excellent experience; we have found this for you." I just joined one of the wine clubs because I know I will be getting excellent wine delivered with grace.

A great value and good service Apart from getting interesting wines across different price points, these guys are very focused on quality customer service. You can put your ordering process on auto pilot by joining their club, or call any time to get suggestions. They are very anxious to please. A very pleasant experience.
