Ontario steel MACHETE after 15 years of looking for replacement of best machete ever, i found it at Capital, with much better sheath than the original US Army issue

Excellent Customer Service Amazing customer service friendly and professional. I purchased a spectra charger that was hard to find elsewhere. Even though it took awhile to arrive it was worth the time and price. They replied promptly to emails and calls. Everyone that I talked to were amazing!

We recently did not receive our… We recently did not receive our complete order of paint; one box was damaged during shipment and was returned to Capital Surveying Supplies. I spoke with Jose Romo and he politely and quickly got our missing box of paint reshipped to us. It arrived without issue. He explained that it was his job to make sure our issue was resolved and that he was happy to do so. Great customer service!!

Very hard to give review I have not… Very hard to give review I have not received product yet and the tracking service you sent me I will need to update phone to use. So no one as contacted me to let me know if item has been back ordered or canceled. I do believe that I am dealing with fair company but would be better if check up a little to keep customer informed of there purchase. I would try another purchase from them

Reliable and Responsive! If you want reliability and a company who is concerned with the needs for your project, you have come to the right place. I placed an order 2 weeks early, UPS lost the package. Capital Surveying Supplies immediately sent out another shipment so we would receive the material on time. You don't get better than that! No runaround, they picked up the phone and responded to the problem. In addition, the product was as specified and of good quality. Highly recommended!
