I had the worst experience I had the worst experience . They show you the selection of the wines if you buy the box. They are mixed I understood that . But what I got i would not even give to a wino in the street. Bottom of the barrel wines. They should call it the headache maker box. I have emalied them 3 times and they dont'respond. Never again

Excellent customer service! Excellent customer service!! I placed an order using Apple Pay and accidentally had it set to send the order to me rather than send the gift to the recipient. I called customer service and Tiffany answered after one ring and updated the shipping address right away. Nick also followed up with an email. I would definitely order from this site again!

They have an amazing selection of collectable, rare, esoteric, tiny-production, highly-rated wines, along with the $15-20 per bottle, everyday stuff as well. Such a good first-time buying… Such a good first-time buying experience. Prices were very competitive. You can gift wrap each individual bottle for $1 (as of 2023) and add a customized note of a generous length. You also have the option of adding ice to your order if necessary. I had a question about my order and when I called the 800 number it was answered immediately by a patient and helpful rep. This is a gift so I don't know the result yet but I feel confident that it's going to end well.
