They sent me a wine with a damaged… They sent me a wine with a damaged label. I already sent them two e-mails and they never replied me back. Since they don’t care about their costumers I won’t be buying from them again.

Excellent customer service! Excellent customer service!! I placed an order using Apple Pay and accidentally had it set to send the order to me rather than send the gift to the recipient. I called customer service and Tiffany answered after one ring and updated the shipping address right away. Nick also followed up with an email. I would definitely order from this site again!
