GBI really love the product and slow… I really love the product and slow feeder bowls have been a big help. Issues: I didn’t receive a confirmation about my order. My sets arrived separately in very different packaging. One had instructions one didn’t. I didn’t receive communication about the separate shipping. One mat arrived damaged and customer service was very responsive about resolving that.

GBOutstanding Product I have not one, but two, of these fabulous products. Bought my first ‘elevated complete set with mat and stand’ (black) last year when there was only one size offered. Works great, but a tad big for my little guy. In an act of decadence, I just took delivery of my second set (small/olive green) last week. These things look great, keeps the mess to a minimum and SLOWS his dangerous inhalation of food down. I know the company’s original start up owners flamed out and left a lot of frustrated customers in their wake. The new owners have turned all that around. Shipping is dang near instantaneous and I could not be happier. Nice work, Trot Pets!

GBLove the product Fast shipping, easy assemble. Nice quality. I had originally preordered under the old ownership and never received the product so was skeptical, but it still seemed like the best option out there and I am very satisfied. I also like that they came with covers which will make traveling easy (or keeping the cats out if my dog isn't hungry).

GBWaste of money I purchased a medium sized 6in dog food stand and i put it together as instructed. The instructions have very few words and the product came with an extra set of screws. I had no idea what to use and tried both screws at different times. Both resulted in an extremely wobbly table that is absolutely useless. I don’t know if it was a product failure on my specific order, but this was an absolute waste of money.
