False advertising False advertising I signed up for natural wines, as they advertised. I could not find information on the wines being sent on portal website, ordered anyway, yet was not sent natural wines. They are out of stock with no date of refilling stock. 2 stars for fast delivery

Subscription scam You cannot pause the subscription, but they usually get a reminder email a few days before to decide whether you want to to order or skip the month. However, TWICE I did not receive the reminder email and automatically got charged and mailed wine I did not want. Customer service did not take any responsibility. Shame on me for making the mistake to stick with winc after the first "email glitch." At this point, it's either a conscious SCAM, or one of opportunistic negligence. Either way, there's plenty of other places to get your wine!
