Payment taken too early… Payment for goods taken again almost 3 weeks before dispatch. Not good enough, and no reason for this to happen. If you are not in a position to send out the goods, don't take payment.

Immediate personal help with an order problem. I ordered some gin and tea as a gift and paid but somehow missed the shipping instructions so the order was listed as going to my billing address. I called Secret Garden Distillery immediately and didn't get through at first so sent an email message. I tried to call one more time and got through directly to an immensely helpful lady who printed off the shipping label and adjusted the address by hand. She also sorted the order out with the dispatch department so that it was sent off the same day as I ordered. It arrived on time at the right address despite ordering at the last moment. The woman I spoke to was so very helpful and constructive - she relieved my anxiety and cheered me up no end. Fantastic customer service.

Delicious wild gin We first tasted two of their gins at RHS Wisley and then went on to buy a bottle direct. The wild gin is delicious, very fresh and light, and it’s my current favourite! We also tried their Christmas gin but we much prefer the non Christmas flavoured gins. Great first time buyer discount, quick delivery and environmentally friendly and safe packaging.

Fantastic gin club I have been a member of the old curiosity gin club for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed by any of the gins I’ve received. I am always well informed about when payment is being taken and when my delivery will be. Fantastic service.
