Took money... never sent bottle Bought a bottle of port for a special occasion on May 26, 2022. Total cost was over $400. The bottle was never shipped. I emailed multiple times but didn't get a response. By mid June I emailed threatening to dispute the charges. The owner emailed me back stating the bottle would ship by the second week of July. As of July 28, 2022 the bottle has not yet shipped and the company is not responding to emails or answering the phone.

I was looking for a special birthday… I was looking for a special birthday present and was very happy to find a bottle from the year of the recipient's birth. It arrived promptly, well packed, and just as depicted. We haven't opened it yet, but we'll see if the liquor has aged as well as he has, LOL!

Great Selection and Customer Service Old Liquors has been great to work with. Great Communication. There have been a few hiccups but they have done everything they can to remedy the issues and get me what I am looking for.
