Order did not go through Placed an order, entered all my info and even got a confirmation email saying the order was complete, but there was no charge on my cc and I've had no communication since. (And they obviously don't read their reviews.) Is this the worst website ever or are they gathering info to be used/sold later?

SCAM! Placed order, received confirmation code on the site. Checked my email for confirmation email and there was nothing. Checked my banking app and nothing. Spent 30 min in the chat app trying to figure the problem out, said it was something with the credit card gateway. Told me to replace the order (ain't no damn way I'm dumb twice), I told him not without an order cancelation email. The first email was my order number with somebody else's order info! The second email had my correct order info but I don't believe it. So now I have to contact the bank on Monday to alert them to possible scam.

I really tried to buy stagg jr I really tried to buy stagg jr. I don't like giving out my credit card number on the internet so I tried paypal. They returned the payment, then I did put my credit card in and it wouldn't accept the payment. Then I tried calling no go either. I really tried folks

Fake site cancelled my order Order got cancelled the same night that I submitted the order. No reason, just sent me an email to put my card through a third party service. Total BS.

Package arrived timely but rock hill… Package arrived timely but rock hill burbon leaked bady so bad when opened it had it all over my hands not what I wanted to experience paying almost $400 just for that bottle of burbon I will be contacting them to see what they can do about it we will see !!
