Drier than I thought I had the lightly roasted ones, buying for the first time. I found them very dry, but my Springer liked them.

Little beans of goodness We discovered these little gems at the NEC Birmingham Good food show ..what a find..absolutely delicious, we brought 12 bags (3 of each flavour) as we couldn’t decide which flavour we liked best , the chilli ones pack a spicy punch, bbq sweet and smokey, salt and vinegar rock steady and plain unadulterated goodness… these will be our snack of choice from now on, and even better a protein punch for our gym workouts.

After watching the Aldi programme After watching the Aldi programme, I decided to order a box of 24 packets of 40g mixed flavour fava bean snacks. The box contained a mixture of 4 flavours. The slightly salted, bbq and salt & vinegar are my favourite flavours. Even though I love hot chilli, I found the chilli and lime ones tasted a little too hot for my palate, but will probably use them in a stir fry etc. Taste great, are nice and crunchy and the 40g sized packet is an ideal size. I've never tried fava bean snacks previously, but will definitely purchase again once I've worked my way through the 24 packets. I can thoroughly recommend these as a great alternative to crisps or salted peanuts etc.

Great British Bean Great flavours, a lot of chewing involved so makes you feel like your eating a lot so feels like a treat if your hungry. Great with a beer and love the Great British farming story behind the bean.
