Poor Packaging Poor Packaging, it was loose/came in to big of a box and or not enough packing material in the box. Clipper blades were being bounced all over the shipping box and out of their original packaging.

This was my first time ordering from… This was my first time ordering from Frank Rowe and the shipment arrived just fine. Unfortunately the guard combs I purchased, were not the combs received.

Customer Service girl was very polite… Customer Service girl was very polite and helpful for helping me order my products.In no time I got my clipper combs.Then later before my actual delivering date I got my Km 10 clippers.

Fast service Very easy and quick service. I had to order a new clipper because my original clippers getting repaired and they sent out my clipper within the next day and got it that day in the afternoon
