Mark with customer service was great Mark with customer service was great. I took a bit to respond a few times but he stayed on until I got back to him. Most companies just end the chat and make you wait forever to be connected to another agent. Very impressed! Would definitely recommend!

Magical been with DialPad for years and… Magical been with Dialpad for years and always has worked as designed, clean and clear with just the right admin features. Concise reporting, great support even thru WhatsApp - Their service infrastructure is top shelf and different from others in a good way. Dialpad is founded by Google Voice Engineers from back in the day. Get on board check it out for your self ;)

STAY AWAY FROM DIALPAD DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING DIALPAD! FROM DAY 1 HAD PROBLEMS! They will not help you setup anything they sold to you! you are paying them for the service but they tell you to talk to your rep to get you help to set up. Worst part I requested my Tmobile business number ( who is a partner of dialpad) to be ported into dial pad and they ended up losing my number. 2 days later I find out they assign my number to a business in Texas. It took them over 6 days to get my number back and I lost over 15k in business because of this error of theirs. Spoke with my lawyers and we will be filling a lawsuit against them. STAY FAR WAY FROM DIALPAD, THEY ARE HORRENDOUS! YOU WILL NOT GET ANY TYPE OF SUPPORT FROM THEM.
