My shopping experience I placed order no. 53423 in March for whiskey bottles with a special batch number. The customer support notified me that batch number could be different than advertised, I asked them to cofirm the batch no. The next the confirmed it and it was not the exact one I was looking for. However, they gave me 10% discount and I accepted it. I received the bottle yesterday and honestly I liked it more than my original choice. Great customer support and whiskey selection. I will come back for more soon. Thank you
