Will replace fresh lemon zest I needed something besides fresh lemon zest as a substitute so I found this on Delish ordered it an have used it in my signature lemon pound cake recipe. It wasn’t a different taste. My customers Loved the cake.

Poor customer service for product that was not fresh. It was awful I ordered the Tuxedo almonds. Shipping was quick. I opened to try and they were awful. The candy shell was so hard and the almond when I finally got to it was mushy. I couldn't eat it. I decided to try another to be fair. It was exactly the the same experience. I believe they were outdated though the label was good through 26. I called customer service, the representative I spoke to told me they were sorry but could not help me. Once opened they have to be thrown away. Very disappointed with their customer care. They Should have had their item returned to check their quality if nothing else. I would not order anything ever again. I will be Eating this order as the money I spent is now Trrash. I won't buy from a company that does not stand behind their product.

My Jordan almonds purchase I have diet restrictions: I’m lactose intolerant & gluten-free. I knew from reading about your Jordan almonds, that they were dairy free & kosher. I called & asked if they were gluten-free. Another salesperson checked & said they were also gluten-free. I was also able to get a senior discount & ordered them over the phone during that conversation. They were extremely friendly & helpful.

I received the wrong thing I received the wrong thing, I ordered 5lbs of dried strawberries and got 5lbs of dried cranberries. They did send me a return label and are shipping the strawberries.
