GBEverything went wrong Everything went wrong. It's just business as they say and money talks but it turned out to be a one way street as I thought my best interests were involved but customer service is non existent to a point where it just felt like a scam. Beware please.

Matt sent us timely updates on implementation and shipping and once we received the unit, helped answer any questions. The kiosk is already a hit with our customers and we are looking at purchasing a second unit for another location.

GBKelly was excellent Kelly was excellent! It’s hard to get even minimal customer service anywhere these days, but Kelly listened and took care of my issues promptly. Impressive.
