Very happy! Candy very fresh, shipped quickly, excellent price. More than that, customer service above and beyond. My wife placed 2 very similar orders within 2 days. When they saw the second order, they called to confirm that it was accurate, as it appeared to be a duplicate of the first and they did not want to fill and charge us for both if we only intended to place one.

Overall good experience. The web site was easy to navigate, and the information was clear. (I was looking for something for someone who requires that dairy be halav Yisroel, and it was easy to tell that the items met that criterion.) The ordering process was generally easy. Once the order went through, it was promptly processed. It arrived soon after, and the items were exactly right. The only issue I had was that several times, when I tried to submit the order and pay, I received an error. It turned out that a piece of information in the form was missing or not recognized by the web form. After several attempts, I was able to place the order. I never received an e-mail confirmation, though, which would have been helpful.
