Secure, convenient, and comfortable My most recent purchase is for a new "puppy." At 10 months he's almost full sized, about 80 pounds. While he is an excellent rider, I wanted a harness that would be both comfortable and secure. The new, special, vehicle harnesses from other companies were cumbersome, uncomfortable, and all for all practical purposes impossible to attach using even the passive restraint seat belts. I just went back to Joyride as it had worked well for our previous pets. I like it as it is easy to put on the puppy, use with the seatbelt, and holds him securely; the puppy likes it as it is comfortable and allows him to easily sit or lay down with ease.

Buyer beware. Harness chokes my dog. Terrible refund policy. Abysmal Customer Service. The harness fits my dog but after numerous adjustments, the neck strap still chokes my dog. Terrible design. Tried to get a refund but the refund process is a joke and I could only get an exchange for more useless product form this company. I should have learned from previous experience with Facebook advertised items. Every single time I have purchased from there, it has been a ripoff just like this one. I'll stick to Amazon and other reputable markets from now on.

Horrible service Horrible service! They sent an xs instead of xl for a large golden retriever. In 5 days and 7-8 contact attempts e-mail to message I am still without response. The phone number is automated and will cut you off at any time and will hang up when their message is completed! I have filled out exchange forms 3 time for reason of return and only get ‘bot’ returns!! Warning Red Flag for questionable true business practices!! Danger!!!

Couldn't be better! This is my third joyride harness, I love the fact that it is high vis and lights up because I walk my dog early in the morning when it is still dark out. He has two other Joyrides in two different colors - one for if he has a coat on and one for not. I love how sturdy they are and easy to get on and off, I have told others to try them!
