The best European breads ever with excellent overall service We ordered three German style rye breads and one small salami. Not knowing what to expect (our first order), we were thrilled when our order arrived well packed. The bread turned out to be the best we ever could find in the US. Three big loaves of excellent German rye bread, fresh, easy to cut and just perfect texture. So delicious! The salami was also excellent. All items were reasonable in price and shipping. We highly recommend LuxDeli!

LuxDeli lacked common courtesy to communicate I placed an order with LuxDeli in November, 2020. It was paid through PayPal, and immediately confirmed by LuxDeli. After 2 weeks, I did not receive anything, emailed them, and decided to wait an extra week before calling them. Still did not hear anything from them. I called and left messages, re-emailed, and still did not hear anything from them. Finally, I disputed the payment through PayPal, and, as they did not receive a reply by their dispute deadline, PayPal refunded my payment. LuxDeli did not display the common courtesy to communicate, resulting in inefficiencies all around.

This business either abandoned or just a scam. Never received my order. No response from seller via e-mail or phone. Had to dispute the charge to get the money back.
