Excellent service The service I received was wonderful. I had purchased tires for my car, unfortunately the car was in an accident and the insurance company deemed it a total loss. I still owed a considerable amount but it would be senseless to pay after the car was gone. I received assistance from Michael Policarpio in resolving the situation. We were able to work out a solution that was agreeable to both of us. I could not be happier. From the very first encounter to purchase the tires to the final outcome everything was fantastic. Staff is always helpful.

Your company made me pay a 1500 just… Your company made me pay a 1500 just for 3 days later I passed the the contract for 3 months thecontrat was 3 months no interesting so I make my I try to make my full payment 3 day later and they made me pay $1,500 extra that's f****** totally abused

Grateful for the consideration I was paying on my loan and got a call I missed from u own. I called the number I realized it was them but they weren't available so I called back the next day. They we're letting me know about the early buyout I was a day late so it wasn't in effect but because I had good payment history and it was only a day they allowed it. I was so relieved I thought my date was a week later than it was. The rep on the phone was great. I will know next time to pay better attention because they didn't have to help me out but they did. Thank you I truly appreciate that.
