Still expiraminting!!We had our first cups at Rocklin Donut several times after that first time. so I ordered 4 bags. Black Pearl and Black Velvet. Just didn't hold up to the standards we had . We had the beans and ground them ourselves. Maybe I selected the wrong type, maybe I should get a breakfast blend instead of Black Velvet and Black Pearl. Lacked in flavor for us, where at Rocklin Donut we couldn't get enough and that' what we want every morning. So willing to try again. Just help us pick what type we need. Our grinder has a burr grinder works well. Let me know what we need to have this in our house!!!! Sandy Borowski. The coffee we chose had little flavor or depth and sometimes bitter so we are very open to try whatever we need to get that great coffee taste like we had at the donut places, also Baker Bens in Roseville. We also have for a coffe pot a simple Ninja pot. Thanks for any help!

Great customer service There was initially a mistake on my order, I had ordered ground espresso and received whole bean, when I reached out to customer service, Rita was very nice and helpful and corrected the order quickly. I very much enjoyed the coffee and will order again.

People with moral and ethical These people do not only know about coffee but they are also very generous and fair. They refunded me the complete purchase of an expired product, which it happens, sometimes you overlook the inventory and is a human error, but I’m very pleased that they refunded everything including the shipping. I am ordering different coffees and… I am ordering different coffees and blends from Vaneli's and I am impressed with their quality. Organic French Sumatra and Monster Italian are two favorites so far. I have been a Peet's fan for decades and Vaneli's has turned my head with a different roasting approach which I have found appealing. I should add that I am an expresso/cappuccino drinking so I have favored full body/complex coffees.

Great tasting coffee Great tasting coffee, even the decaf is wonderful. I order online and the shipments are always timely and the coffee fresh. I do miss the roasting date that used to be stamped on the bottom of each package of whole beans. My experience with customer service with this company has been excellent. They do whatever it takes to make things right if ever there is a glitch in the system.
