( about 4 days) as promised and most of all, the coffee is very good. I needed to call the company recently and my call was returned promptly. Great customer service.

What's most annoying isn't the discount but lack of customer service. I love all of your coffee and will continue to be a loyal customer but hope that you place customer service high on your list.
