The simit ring were the family favourites. We tried the Turkish pizza,all well loved. I just expected to see the delivery day/time before I completed the transaction or tge order confirmation. However,DHL contacted with a message about the delivery and kept it updated. I believe it improves next time. Thanks M.Atabek

I've been shopping from them for a few years now and there is always good availability, fast delivery and most often the cheapest prices compared to other online sites selling Turkish products. Customer service has always been very good too.

Both were incredibly understanding and very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process as they resolved the issue. Outstanding customer service!
