Incredible tea with incredible service. I have been buying herbal tea now for many years direct from SJW and have always received goods promptly considering they come from the USA to Australia. Easy to navigate through the website Easy to navigate through the website. Fast and efficient. Wish there were other cheaper shipping options. Happy with the products I've purchased. Once in a while I come across what appears to be a rodent hair within the "Classic Blend Herbal tea 5oz. with sage" but that could be me not knowing what I'm looking at too. Maybe it's one of the grassy substances of the tea itself that just looks that way? I don't know but it does get me wondering. Not sure what the quality control is like within the facility.
