GBAmazing Customer Service Not only is LawPay simple to use and customizable for what your firm needs, but their customer service is second to none amazing. Every single time I've had a question or needed to modify something in our account, they have been quick to respond and made the changes immediately. They have always been knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about and how to change it. I have never experienced such amazing customer service and I don't think there is another company out there that compares. Keep it up LawPay!

LawPay (usually) picks up the phone on the second or third ring, which we really appreciate. GBIf you are not using it, you are losing money! Law Pay understands attorneys requirements regarding trust funds. Most credit card processors are not aware that they can't deduct their fees from a trust account. My credit card transaction are always processed quickly. It is very easy to check whether a client has paid, just by logging into the portal. I am able to include a payment link on emails, correspondence etc., and my clients all love it. I even include a payment link stored as a text shortcut on my iPhone. When I type $$$ the client is sent the link! I have been using them for at least 5 years (pretty sure longer) and I could not be happier.

GBThere are charges we were not made… There are charges we were not made aware of, and also the website does not allow to track pending invoices, just payments received. I think there are things that can be done to make it better and to make the integration with Mycase better but instead they focused on getting as many people to sign on as possible without really caring about the quality of the service.
