Any time I've contacted them with suggestions or questions, I've received a prompt response. Did I mention I love the teas? So great!

I HAVE TRIED SINCE MAY 2023 TO COMPLETE AN ORDER AND I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY BOX SUBSCRIPTION AND NEVER BEEN ABLE TO TELEPHONE ANYONE ONLY EMAIL AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. IN THE MEAN TIME, MY FRIEND HAS NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND FOR HER GENEROUS GIFT.

Great way to try different teas Good mix of teas and their customers services/review box section pay attention when you request changes. Great if you want to try unique and often smaller brand teas. Their tea advent calendar is fun and fully of variety too. They can be a little price on some items but they have enough discount codes to balance it.
