Sulawesi Toraja Sulawesi Toraja, medium roast was disappointing. Had a burnt flavor and was not as appealing to me as several other brands of similar coffee. It was also more expensive than those other brands.

The green coffee beans have been roasted to a medium roast, and provide a delicious cup of coffee with a hint of chocolate taste.
