I have already referred a friend. I called for assistance in selecting the correct product before placing my order. The woman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I received my order within a couple days which was very nice. I have not been able to use the products yet. The 4 star rating was due to the high shipping cost. I believe it could have been put in a smaller shipping envelope. I did appreciate the catalog they included with the order. I will definitely be using this company again and have referred a friend already.

My experience with Specialty store… My experience with Specialty store services was fantastic. I spoke with customer service e initially to ask some questions and the person I spoke with very nice and helpful. The ordering process was simple and was contacted by the shipping company ahead of delivery to make arrangements. The delivery driver was amazing from Dayton freight. Lastly the product itself is high quality, easy to put together, and looks great.

Order delivered to wrong customer over 1000 miles away. Driver arrived and said they had the wrong item and left. Some other customer across the country called saying they received our order this was a $600 book cart. Never received book cart. Contacted company and still awaiting response and resolution.
