Horrific customer service Horrific customer service. Ashley is an f-bomb idiot. She never responds to emails.They scam people into paying for product then Ashley sends 2 bogus courier labels. Finally after being confronted they say “oh yeah the product won’t be here (for two months”. There is no phone number to speak to anyone.

Great customer service , wonderful product Great customer service. Ask a question they have an answer. The teas are tasty and truly do help with Afternoon drag. Hot or cold it keeps you going. And the new coco is a great as a night time treat and gives you a relaxing nights sleep.
