Extremely useful product!! Great product, used everyday whilst I travel around for work. Take a flask of hot water, some Nespresso pods and off we go. Drink it black so no need to have anything else with me. Perfect!!! Dropped the machine on the floor and cracked the side of the portafilter. Customer services is excellent, replied to emails as promptly as can be expected with time zones etc. and a new portafilter is on its way.

Solid product and great Customer Service Solid product for milk based espresso drinks. Had an issue with one of the baskets and they were quick to replace it after confirming a few things. Highly recommend getting a second basket to be able to pull a double shot more easily.

Great Customer Service I have been dealing with a customer support agent,Carina, regarding a battery problem with a Nano which must have been made on a Friday. She and her team have been really great at sorting out my problems. I have yet to test the new Nano in the rough but stand by. The wilds of Wales next month!

Good Service Experience In fact, I haven't gotten around to using outin's stuff yet. That's because I didn't get it due to a problem with the shipping company. But after contacting them about the shipping issue, and seeing their response and follow-up, I could tell that they cared about the customer's inconvenience and were very professional. Service is 5 stars… After receiving the product i quickly realized Outin product was not for me, and i started the return process, the return process took several emails back and fourth, with some frustration, but eventually the high quality, friendly, quick replies and professional service of Carina helped me complete my return process.
