GBthis glamlora.com is horrible this glamlora.com is horrible. Do not order anything from them. No phone, no email responses. No nothing and my wedding is coming. Its been late for 2 weeks. So bad customer service. At least they could email me back after several emails i sent so i know what to do next. WHat kind of work ethic is this? DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. YOU WILL BE REGRET.

GBMultiple emails from the company… Multiple emails from the company questioning my order. I told them to cancel the order over and over. They finally agreed to cancel it and told me they would charge me 10% and refund me the other 90%. I was never shipped anything. As I consider their proposed charge of 10% wrong, I contacted my credit card company and disputed their charge. I don't trust this company!

GBThis store is so good! It takes a bit long to get the dress but other than that it’s really just like the picture and not sketchy at all. The wait is definitely worth and the prices are not too bad

GBA horrible experience. This is nothing but a Chinese rip off. I ordered a dress it did not fit I did not like the way it was made and so I let them know I wanted to return it. After 13 emails, I finally accepted 50% off the dress. The last thing they want to do is to take anything back that you have purchased. They actually had me take pictures of my measurements in my underwear to prove that I had ordered the right size which I had. The workmanship on the dress was terrible The bodice was thick and heavy and the cups were hard and dented in in several places. They begin by offering you 20% off then it's 30% off then they offer you a gift card for 70% of what the dress cost so that you can buy something else from this sham company. The 13th and final email I received from them said okay you can send it back but you have to send it back to China with this ridiculously long address and the cost to ship it which they know good and well is probably the half of the cost of the dress to begin with. All of their offers are extended but only if you keep the dress. Terrible customer service. I was on Dillard's website when this dress popped up on Dillard's website I thought I was ordering from Dillard's and it was a line that they carried I was wrong. Do not order from this company, you will be sorry. The dress took weeks to arrive and now it has taken several days to agree upon the 50%. What a waste of money.

GBDress return issues no response I ordered a dress and it came in. It’s beautiful, but it was not cut right for the top and requested a return. They offered a gift card and 30% off or I could return it and I would just lose 20% of the price. I told him I want to return it, and they never email me back several emails later and still waiting They make beautiful dresses, but they need to live up to their returns.
