I fell in love with this site~ I must say, their dresses are amazing! I recently purchased a dress on this site and was completely blown away. The design of this dress is absolutely impeccable, both the cut and the details are excellent. The quality is also impressive. The fabric of this skirt feels very comfortable and wears well. I have worn it several times and it is still in its original condition without any wear or fading. Their website was clean and easy to navigate, and provided a lot of useful information, such as size guides and cleaning instructions, which made me feel very reassured. The customer service team was excellent. I once had a question about an order and they responded to my email very quickly and were very polite and professional. I am very pleased with their dress and will continue to highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Unreliable company I ordered a dress on 27th Feb 2024 which hadn’t arrived by the 2nd April, the date they said to expect it by. After eventually finding a way to email they told me to be patient. My dress did arrive but the postage showed it hadn’t been dispatched until 4th April, after I’d been in touch. The dress doesn’t fit even although I went by the website measurements. I think the Asian sizes & European sizes are far different. Also the quality wasn’t that good. After numerous emails back & forward I now find out I won’t receive a full refund. I can keep the item & a 15%refund or a 30% gift receipt. Also if I have sizing issues can I please send photographs of my bust/waist &hips, absolutely not !!!!!! Who is going to be looking at them or even worse. Please don’t send photographs of yourself in your underwear. It seems quite a challenge to find a way to actually get refund details. This company state they are a UK company but don’t be fooled, they are a Chinese company & quite frankly a rip off. Returns are meant to be within 14 days but how can you do that when you cannot get the details you need to do so. Some people may be lucky & I’m happy for you. Please don’t waste either your time or money on this company.

A horrible experience. This is nothing but a Chinese rip off. I ordered a dress it did not fit I did not like the way it was made and so I let them know I wanted to return it. After 13 emails, I finally accepted 50% off the dress. The last thing they want to do is to take anything back that you have purchased. They actually had me take pictures of my measurements in my underwear to prove that I had ordered the right size which I had. The workmanship on the dress was terrible The bodice was thick and heavy and the cups were hard and dented in in several places. They begin by offering you 20% off then it's 30% off then they offer you a gift card for 70% of what the dress cost so that you can buy something else from this sham company. The 13th and final email I received from them said okay you can send it back but you have to send it back to China with this ridiculously long address and the cost to ship it which they know good and well is probably the half of the cost of the dress to begin with. All of their offers are extended but only if you keep the dress. Terrible customer service. I was on Dillard's website when this dress popped up on Dillard's website I thought I was ordering from Dillard's and it was a line that they carried I was wrong. Do not order from this company, you will be sorry. The dress took weeks to arrive and now it has taken several days to agree upon the 50%. What a waste of money.

Prom dress The dress we purchased for prom was even more beautiful in person! I was concerned that the quality wouldn't be that great due to the price but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was intact with no errors in the fabric or sequins. The dress was true to size. The inside slip is soft and the cups are thick enough to support without the need for an extra bra. The dress was also shipped a week earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing future prom dresses from this site.
