Always Fresh and Flavorful We have been purchasing from Whidbey Island Seafood Company for over a year, and have never been disappointed. Everything is very fresh and flavorful. (Much fresher than the supposed "fresh" fish you find in a store, even a high end grocery.) Be sure to follow the defrosting instructions. We find that overnight in the fridge works great. It's important to us that we know where our fish comes from, and that it's sustainably harvested.

Fabulous King Salmon and Excellent Customer Experience I have ordered 8# of Alaskan King Salmon from WISC so far and it is fabulous! A beautiful color and texture, a delicious flavor that we eat almost rare. Total perfection! In addition, all my communications with them have been answered immediately and very professionally! The fish has been delicious and tastes fresh (although our most recent piece of salmon was overly fishy, even the unopened package smelled icky). We had a salmon fillet that was superb, and various white fish pieces that were excellent.
