Like all great ideas, B.T. Leigh’s Sauces and Rubs started small. Literally. It was in a tiny Ohio kitchen where B.T. Leigh’s Sauces were born. What began as a desire to feed friends and family morphed into a dream to share these small batches of distinct sauces with everyone else. After falling in love with a Kentucky girl, B.T. Leigh brought his sauces to the Bluegrass State where he was inspired to expand his barbecue family to include spice rubs. Each sauce and rub is individually prepared and packaged from small batches in order to ensure the finest quality and care. Drawing inspiration from various regions, traditions, and flavors, these carefully crafted artisanal sauces and rubs add style and flavor to every culinary creation.

Spice mixes I purchased three spice mixes at the Antique Marketplace. I have tried the snack cracker recipe from the website. It was a definite hit! I used the rub on a Boston butt and the flavor is wonderful! We liked them so well that I ordered the chicken blend online. I highly recommend these products.

Cleveland style bbq sauce rocks! I love this sauce. I tend to lean towards mustard based sauces and had never tried a Cleveland style bbq sauce before. Within an hour of arriving it was marinating chicken thighs and eaten within 3 hours. I can't wait to try it on a different meat and will be buying my next bottle very soon!

Fun Filled Family Tasting Event Over the Thankgiving holiday we had a family gathering with all 4 of BT Leigh's sauces. We grilled up some beef sausage links and organized individual sampling bowls for everyone. We had so much fun sampling each sauce together and sharing our thoughts. The biggest thought is that Brian in talented!
