The braunschweiger takes me back to my favorite childhood sandwich. The chicken feet added fantastic collagen to my bone broth and the beef kidney made a wonderful stew. Couldn't be happier!

My favorite meat is the 75/25 ground beef, because that extra fat provides complete satiety and makes my body happy. Buying in bulk saves on the cost and grants free shipping. The regenerative practices US Wellness Meats promotes results in healthy animals and healthier land. Most of the packaging material is recyclable or compostable, except for the mylar bag. Good food & customer service The items purchased were great (pork & bacon lard, pork belly, butter, hot dogs). My only complaint was there was not enough dry ice to keep all of the food frozen, and most items were thawed (and some just barely cold), hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. I informed the company, and they promptly refunded me for the ruined items. I would purchase from them again, with a reminder to add additional ice for shipping to the hot south.
