ups lost our shipment… ups lost our shipment so when it arrived all of the meat was spoiled. chop box had already warned us so it was expected. i called rich and he replaced the entire shipment no charge. great service from start to finish. top notch organization with both great meats and service.

Very happy to know that Chop Box… Very happy to know that Chop Box carries the ground beef/pork/veal combination I used to use for meatloaf. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen this mix anywhere. All of the products we have received are great! Very happy switching from Butcher Box to Chop Box. The only thing I miss is the free bacon for life of membership I got from Butcher Box.

The employees that work for Chopbox have been highly professional and great to deal with. I buy all of my meat and seafood from Chopbox and no longer buy any from my local supermarkets.
