Great start to a delicious easy meal! I ordered 4 different packets and they arrived quickly. So far, I have only made the Bharta, but the instructions were easy to follow, and the dish was delicious! Perfect blend of spices and the eggplant texture was silky! Can’t wait to try the others!

Like preparing all Indian dishes, you need to invest some time but absolutely worth the effort. Absolutely delicious! I wish the prices were a bit lower but quality is outstanding.
