We purchased the Ossetra & Hackleback… We purchased the Ossetra & Hackleback caviar and the smoked salmon. Everything arrived in a ice packed cooler with the ice packs still frozen and the product chilled. Opened everything on Christmas eve and everything was delicious, with the exception of the ossetra which had a slight moldy aftertaste. It was subtle, but my wife's taste buds are infallible and so she wouldn't eat it after her first bite.

Our caviar order was shipped on time… Our caviar order was shipped on time but delayed (no fault of OLMA Caviar) in a Fed Ex hub. OLMA was aware of the situation and quickly offered a refund or replacement. After reading all of the good reviews I’m looking forward to ordering again in the future so we can try their caviar. Maybe a day or so earlier next time if the holiday falls on a weekend!

TRADITION IT'S NOT NEW YEAR'S, OR MY BIRTHDAY, UNLESS I HAVE MY CHAMPAGNE AND CAVIAR. IT'S A TRADITION I HAVE ENJOYED FOR MANY, MANY YEARS NOW. I AM NOW 82. I HAVE ENJOYED THIS TRADITION WITH FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS WHENEVER WE WERE TOGETHER FOR THESE SPECIAL DAYS. THANKS AGAIN. MY CAVIAR IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO COME FROM RUSSIA OR COST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AN OUNCE. GOOD OLD HASSLEBACK IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME.

Love!!! Been ordering from Olma for the past few years. Always packaged well. Only gripe is with the bubbling of the labels - sometimes I worry the lid has popped but it’s just the label not adhering smoothly and trapping an air bubble inside it.
