GBWe purchased the Ossetra & Hackleback… We purchased the Ossetra & Hackleback caviar and the smoked salmon. Everything arrived in a ice packed cooler with the ice packs still frozen and the product chilled. Opened everything on Christmas eve and everything was delicious, with the exception of the ossetra which had a slight moldy aftertaste. It was subtle, but my wife's taste buds are infallible and so she wouldn't eat it after her first bite.

I HAVE ENJOYED THIS TRADITION WITH FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS WHENEVER WE WERE TOGETHER FOR THESE SPECIAL DAYS. THANKS AGAIN. MY CAVIAR IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO COME FROM RUSSIA OR COST HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AN OUNCE. GOOD OLD HASSLEBACK IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME.
