Surprising good and easy So this was the first time grilling a boneless leg of lamb. I was not sure how to cook it so I watched a bunch of YouTube videos. Most of them butterflied and seasoned and retied and that was just too much work. I just kept it the netting, marinated Greek style and let it go on the grill. It was amazing. The best.

My order included a brisket that had… My order included a brisket that had about a 4”-5” wide strip of the fat cap cut out so that it was completely bare down to the meat running down the center from point to flat.

The best beef around! I ordered dry aged burgers, ground beef and Long Island steaks, all fantastic! I’ve had several purchases from Linz and every time the products are amazing, fast shipping with dry ice in an insulated cooler. Highly recommend and will order from again!
