Unexpected Unfortunately, we began cooking the minute we received our lobster so we did not see your correspondence until much later. That being said; the box it was delivered in showed definite signs of abuse rather than care, was torn down the sides and was soaked. Albeit the lobster were alive, I will admit this is the first time I’ve ordered from you, so not packing the lobster in seaweed was unexpected. The lobsters were great! Thank you, Jeffrey

Our delivery was shipped all the way to New Mexico! Our delivery arrived by noon and lobsters were fresh, alive and kicking. We followed the Lobsters on Line steaming directions and our lobsters were perfectly done, they were hot, tender and juicy. Jennifer was pleasant, thorough and professional. She assured me the lobsters would be delivered as promised when I talked to her a week prior. They traveled from Bourne all the way to New Mexico! I heartily recommend Lobsters on Line. It was my first time ordering lobster. It was my first time ordering lobster and accidentally put two orders in. Jenifer at Lobsters on Line gave me a call and cancelled one of my orders. That was really nice, I surely didn’t want to waste those delicious lobsters. Over all it was a new experience for me and my family and it turned out great!! Delicious Lobsters and top-notch customer service! This is an update to my original review where I chose 3 stars because the lobsters arrived on time and alive but one died before I was able to cook them. I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars because someone from the company contacted me about an hour after my review was posted offering to refund my purchase price or send me a replacement lobster free of charge (even overnight shipping was free). I chose the replacement and received not one but two lobsters. This time both lived and all 4 were delicious! 5 STARS for quality, customer service, and VALUE (best price I found online).

Ordered 6 lobsters and 1 was dead when… Ordered 6 lobsters and 1 was dead when it arrived the next day in upstate NY. Also requested an email confirmation receipt but never got one. However, I still may use you again if the need arises.
