Great response from customer service & a great products. I had already placed order that had shipping charge. I opened e-mail that said there was free shipping. Sent e-mail to customer service asking if this free shipping could apply to order I placed. Within a few hours the shipping charge was taken off my order. Great products and great customer service. First and foremost, I would like to commend the prompt delivery service, which was truly appreciated. However, upon eagerly opening my package, I was taken aback by the size of the peaches. They were noticeably smaller than anticipated, a stark contrast to the description provided and the peaches I have previously received from you. In the past, when I’ve ordered ‘petite’ peaches from other growers, they’ve thoughtfully compensated for the tiny sizes by including a few extra peaches. This gesture has always been appreciated and perhaps something to consider for future orders. I fully understand that nature has its variations, and I genuinely appreciate the hard work that goes into delivering these fruits to our homes. However, I believe it would be beneficial for customers to have a clearer understanding of the sizing for future orders. This would ensure that the product meets our expectations and justifies the purchase price, which in this case was $32.99. In conclusion, while I enjoyed the peaches, I felt that the size did not reflect the price paid.
