I love the customer service I love the customer service. The crabs, shrimp etc., have always been delivered with care, wrapped well and ready to eat! We are very happy with the seafood we receive from them!!

The First Batch was dry, but they made for it by sending the best crabs ever! The body of the crabs were full of meat and they tasted great but I had to add a sauce to them because they were a little on the dry side. My problem was with the claws they were mostly inedible so dry the meat shrink to nothing. EDIt: They have contacted me and mentioned that whoever made said crabs overcooked them and to resend my order at no extra charge what so ever, when I got these crabs, they were awesome, pulled with meat, able to eat the claws and the meat was juicy. Thank you so much Crab Dynasty, I will be ordering again.

I was pleased with the packaging of my… I was pleased with the packaging of my crabs. They were carefully placed in plenty of ice. They were delivered timely. The company was in correspondence with me. I will order from them again in the near future.

Not exactly frozen crabs The frozen crabs were delivered on the day I chose. Well packed with blue ice. Only thing was that the crabs weren't frozen. They were sort of half frozen. Clearly cold but clearly soft. I don't know if refreezing them will impact the quality of the crabs but we'll see I suppose. That's the reason I gave a 4 star review. Other than this quality control issue, Crab Dynasty is 5 star.
