Four stars Four stars, but a little complicated experience...I purchased during a Black Friday sale, but had to call in because the website wouldn't apply the sale on the checkout page. The service rep was excellent, but then we were sent one of four packages and I had to email to get the other three. They immediately sent the other three items, but they looked completely different than the first (three hard plastic tubs vs one nylon grab bag). 😂 Very odd.

Fast & Dependable Service, Great Products Been working with Blaine for a few years now building a reserve primarily for weather disasters and had to restock after Hurricane Ian hit South Florida. He is very competent and got me restocked quickly. I also treated my adult children to a few buckets each of emergency food and was able to get shipping around the country. Product performs very well, so I will keep stocked.
