Four stars Four stars, but a little complicated experience...I purchased during a Black Friday sale, but had to call in because the website wouldn't apply the sale on the checkout page. The service rep was excellent, but then we were sent one of four packages and I had to email to get the other three. They immediately sent the other three items, but they looked completely different than the first (three hard plastic tubs vs one nylon grab bag). 😂 Very odd.

I was really looking forward to my sample Ready-Wise I was really looking forward to my sample shipment of Ready-Wise. Upon arrival one of the packages was broke open and was covering all the other product bags. It was kind of disappointing. I did not call and complain. I accepted it but it did make it harder for me to want to reorder a larger quantity because I wouldn't be opening up the 5 gallan buckets right away - they would be used for emergency only and If the sample were damaged during shipping - would the five gallon buckets also be damaged and me not finding out until I needed them.

The best choice, best service and best food!% Whenever we order with rhe help of one of the representatives we have built a repore with we always get excellent customer service. One good one bad I like the mango sticky rice trail treat! I also ordered an organic emergency food bucket but upon opening there were to punctured bags which leaked contents all over the bucket. I notified customer service about the issue and they sent a return label and I received a full refund due to it being within the 30 day return period. **NOTE TO FUTURE CUSTOMERS** if you purchase a bucket, always open bucket to verify contents upon delivery. The return/refund window is only 30 days.
