need more healthy, yummy options I do wish there were more categories for maybe Mediterranean dishes or healthier/tastier meals. Sometimes the meals that say carbs are filled with potatoes or pasta so that’s confusing.

Cost is becoming prohibitive for us Cost is becoming prohibitive for us. We pretty much only buy plant based meals, that either have no added protein or a can of beans subbed for meat. I understand wanting to have simple pricing, but seem silly when it is already so expensive and meat-the most expensive part of the meal- is being omitted. Also, I get a bit frustrated that most meals- especially the veggie options- are full of simple carbs- white rice, white bread, white pasta. I would like more veggie options that are more complex carbs.

We like most of our HF meals We like most of our HF meals, but are not thrilled with most of the options. We've been very disappointed with the lack of choice for green vegetables in the meals. We had HF about 5 years ago, and there were many more green vegetables as options then. Now it's mostly carrots & potatoes over and over. Also, when we have gotten zucchini with meals, once we got a cucumber instead, and today the zucchini we got was frozen solid, then it thawed into mush.

Good Meals & Great Customer Service The food received is fresh and great tasting. Customer service is top notch and any issues are addressed quickly and with the utmost concern for the customer. I would highly recommend this service.

What’s wrong with the chicken Delivery seems to be a big problem. The meals are for the most part very good. There have been issues with the quality of proteins. The shrimp in meals is terrible. With being small, mushy and opaque after being cook at correct time pre even extended. Chicken, I have had so really tender and lately tough and strange texture. I have pounder some to try to tenderize it. It just boils down to quality. Your produce is excellent.Your recipes are really good, but I get tired of so many recipes with panko. Bread crumbs. I left another food company because the produce was almost rotten or old. Please fix the proteins.
