I love the products I love the products and the receiving these promptly. The only thing that hold me back on ordering more often is the cost of shipping, if there is a way for Simply Australian to get a better deal with their shipper, I believe they would get a lot more business.

I previously ordered the meat pies I previously ordered the meat pies, but they were delayed in shipping by the carrier and the interior container designed to keep the pies cold was broken. My pies arrived very warm. I called the company and they immediately told me to not eat the pies, talked with the carrier and offered to try again. I was going to be out of pocket for the immediate future so I did not take them up on the offer. I recently ordered again and the pies arrived in perfect conditions. We ate some that night and were transported back to our time in Australia. Love them and am considering ordering some TimTams to munch on soon. Wonderful company!

Shipping cost are a problem Occasionally I buy Vegemite from this company. I have always received my purchases promptly with no problems. My only concern is that the shipping charges, possibly because they use the postal system, make the overall cost very expensive. For this reason only they are my "vendor of last resort" rather than a "go to" source.
