Agassi was able to immediately jump in and help me with my issue and he also offered to help with things that I did not originally contact the help line for which was so incredibly helpful and will definitely lead to us enjoying our meals for the next few weeks!!! An amazing food delivery service An amazing food delivery service. Always on time and delicious. To be honest, i was skeptical when i first signed up. But have not regretted the decision even a little. Great for convenience and times when i don’t want even think about what i will be eating. Offering a free trial too, i cannot see a downside for trying them out.

Denise handled a first-box oops with grace! Received my first box and, unfortunately, most of the meals were incorrect. Denise was an absolute gem helping me out! She confirmed the customization deadline for me, assured I didn't miss it, and owned up to a fulfillment swapping mistake. Denise was kind, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with. As a grad student working full-time, I'm super excited to try a quick and healthy option that will take some weight off of my shoulders, and Denise has guaranteed a returning customer.

Great Customer Service I was very impressed with Pink's assistance today. She was very pleasant and polite. She changed my meals that I forgot to switch for the next delivery, and she gave me an unsolicited credit when I mentioned that I had two meals with burnt broccoli, which were definitely an anomaly. Thanks to Pink, I'm a very satisfied customer.
