GBits been a few months and I'm having… its been a few months and I'm having some issues with consistency, company made several mistakes. I asked for the company to correct their mistake, had to fight them for a long time, Katherine decided to cancel any of my orders for two weeks and give me my discount 3 weeks away. This was absolutely unprofessional and it deserves attention. LUZ was amazing today. Your company now has to provide free meals to me because of Katherine's decisions. LUZ thank you for all your help today. True showcase of a model employee she deserves a raise for LISTENING, CARING, and HELPING.

GBNo app to order food from. Impossible to cancel service 1) there is no app for iPhone or android to order food or skip from. Instead you have to go to their website which is ludicrous for 2024. 2) it is impossible to cancel the service. Their chat service is non responsive and no matter how many times you try to cancel they will still charge you and ship you food. The food was fine yet having no app to use nor any way to cancel I’m giving it one star. There is a 4 week meal commitment that is hidden on their website. Had I known I had a 4 week commitment I would have declined. Pass
