Being a restaurant owner and cook that used IQF shrimp many times for recipes I appreciate the quality and convince that Prime Shrimp offer in there product line of frozen seafood. Now retired I like to have shrimp on hand for a quick seafood entree when I have everything I need at home already. I have a fresh shrimp source one mile away when I want them and I know fresh is best but you can't go wrong with Prime.
