I have been with InMotion hosting for nearly 10 years I have been with InMotion hosting for nearly ten (10) years and have hosted numerous websites on this vendor. Have always had 100% professional, positive, and quick service from technical support. Never had an issues that was not resolved during my conversation with the technical support representative. I highly recommend InMotion Hosting over the numerous web hosting sites I have researched and "toyed-around" with using!

Loving InMotion Another platform moved to proprietary software, away from cPanel. I love being back on standard cPanel with access to all the features others took away. The sites just work. I've had very limited interaction with service and all have been handled quickly and professionally. I really couldn't be happier.

Very disappointed with Tim support… made no effort to assist Really disappointed at your support with Tim at approximately 10:22 PM. This support agent did not even make the effort to check the site or do any checks. He immediately blamed the issue on my SEO and said I should call Developer. I cannot believe that he did not even make the simple effort to check. Paid thousands of dollars to this hosting company, and they hire such incompetent unprofessional support agents. This is the first time I have experienced this nonsense. I even sent a screenshot and he totally ignored it blaming it on SEO This guy is supposed to be a support agent, and my complaint had nothing to do with SEO, and he did nothing This evening I was having trouble with loading my websites, and the site was very slow and did not load properly. It was a simple error of SSL NOT WORKING AND GIVING WARNING to visitors that site was insecure, All he needed to do is check why but the guy was just plain lazy I had to close the chat support and find another competent support agent

Trying to reach the "24/7/365” support nearly impossible Trying to reach the "24/7/365” technical support Inmotion Hosting boasts about on it’s website is next to impossible. I waited 17 hours for a call back and then they called me at 7:10 AM while I was driving to work. And their support personnel are often terse or smug when you do get them on the line or in a chat. Look somewhere else if you need web & email hosting with support.

Most responsive hosting They are the most responsive and helpful hosting company anyone could desire. Been with them for years, solving lots of issues. Extremely patient. Love them.
