we ordered soft shell whale crabs we ordered soft shell whale crabs, 2 doz., which were to be cleaned. we had an issue with them not being cleaned. we took pics of what we found, called and spoke with Scotty, we sent him the pics. he refunded partial amt. of bill. after thawing out more, we found same issue. again sent pics to Scotty. he refunded full amt. of bill ! we did not expect that. he went over and above expectations. we found delivery of the product and his customer service to be something you don't see much anymore these days. we appreciate his business like manner ! thank you Scotty !
