I own three restaurants and an event Center and this was the first and also the last time I will ever purchase anything from your company.

We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver. Great experience! Honestly I have no problems with my purchase with USA Equipment Direct, that being said I would have liked a little better communication about a shipping date. I'm not in a hurry but being the type A personality I am I would like to have had an estimated date. As it turns out my partner tells me my purchase will arrive tomorrow. I did list my mobile number as well as my shop number but only my shop was called so I could not arrange to have someone available for a quicker delivery. Next time and I would not hesitate to shop there as I expand Ill only list my mobile number. But I am 100% satisfied.
