GBGood so far! I have only been eating the food for two days, but great so far. I wish each meal and snack would list nutritional values (fat, calories, etc.). That's my only suggestion.

GBExcellent quality Zone Healthy's service is friendly and reliable. Rudy is great at customizing diets to suit each individual. Meals are beautifully packed in cooler bags and delivered daily on the front porch first thing in the morning. The quality is first rate and the menus are varied and creative!

GBExceeded my expectations! I have been "zoning" for 2 weeks now and have to say that the food has been delicious. I was really hesitant to start but I am so glad I did. We did this not only to lose weight but just because we had no time to cook for ourselves. The fact that I'm down 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks is a definite bonus! I haven't felt the need to "cheat" as I am satisfied with daily menus which always include a dessert at dinner! If it wasn't cost prohibitive I would do this every day of the year!
